Lorraine English
Lorraine was
born in England, moved to Canada she was thirteen and now lives in Perth,
Ontario.
She was always creative and in the past few years has used that talent to
paint with acrylics on canvas. She is drawn to bright rich colours, using
the contrast between light and dark to create drama and emotion in jewel-like
depictions of trees, flowers and animals.
She finds freedom in the whimsical - drawing upon her heritage to make her
subjects interesting and unique.
